ANALYSIS OF TYPICAL PROBLEMS OF CORRUGATED BOARD SLITTING BLADE
1. Reasons of Wear out quickly and short service life
---Please check the grit of sharpening wheels,sharpening time and the sharpening pressure
2. Reasons of deburs of the slittered corrugated paper.
---The blades is not sharp enough or the cutting angle need be adjusted,the other reason is that the paper is too watery.
3.Reasons of breakage of slitter blades
---Deformed flange shaft and fastening screw will case the incorrect assembling;Blades can't be touched with any hard material,tiny crackling will lead to its breakge;Runout of the diamond sharpening wheels will lead to defect of blades too.
4. The cutting of corrugated board is not straight enough
---The thickness of the blades is not strong enough.
