tungsten carbide brazing rods made of tungsten carbide particle and matrix alloy,we supply copper alloy matrix and nickel matrix alloy.Nicke matrix alloy is with higher hardnes and better wear resistance.
Outside special flux and color is marking scrap grade,CO and WC is the main composition of sintering tungsten carbide,the hardness is HRA 89-91.This structure offers extremely effective protection against abrasive attack by a wide variety of hard and abrasive formations

Flux Coated
FLUX Flux serves two main purposes. The first is to remove all foreign elements from the surface to be coated. The second is to prevent oxidation of the surface being coated. If an area is left unfluxed, the torch heat will rapidly oxidize the base material and prevent adhesion of the Composite Rod material to the base material.

The oxyacetylene butt, the operating process is as follows:

(5) after the workpiece welding, where no ventilation, slow cooling, cannot quench, conditional usable asbestos blanket cover.
(6) the workpiece after cooling to room temperature, if necessary, grinding surface surfacing to required size and shape.
(7) clean up the workpiece, remove all splash, slag, etc.
