Non-magnetic tungsten carbide refer to tungsten carbide materials without or with weak magnetic properties.

Usually, the tungsten carbide we produced with cobalt binder are magnetic. Using Nickel as binder is a necessary condition for making non-magnetic tungsten carbide. The research and development and production of non-magnetic hard alloys means a lot.

Non-magnetic cemented carbide is mainly used to produce forming molds or punching molds for magnetic materials. In the past, non-magnetic steel has been used in such application, but the the inner wall of the mold is severely roughened and deformed after a short period of time, which affects the dimensional accuracy and surface quality of magnetic materials too, non-magnetic cemented carbide can double the work efficiency by replacing non-magnetic steel with its excellent properties on hardness and strength.
Non-magnetic tungsten carbide

1. Suitable for making blanking dies for metal magnetic materials (inductance coils, transformers, relay cores) and silicon steel sheets.

2. Suitable for forming stamping dies for five types of magnetic powder materials: paramagnetic substances, diamagnetic substances, ferromagnetic substances, submagnetic substances and diamagnetic substances.

3. Suitable for making magnetic thin film cutting tool,non-magnetic tungsten carbide blade,non-magnetic tungsten carbide rings.

Non-magnetic tungsten carbide diesWith the development of social economy and the improvement of the scientific and technological level of cemented carbide, the use of non-magnetic tungsten carbide will become more and more extensive. Oston Carbide is committed to providing non-standard customized production and finishing of non-magnetic cemented carbide mold materials, and the precision size requirement can meet ±0.002 so as to meet the high performance requirements of domestic and foreign customers.
