These carbide shredder blades are installed in Zerma tyre shredder blade for shredding rubber and wasted tyres,In these shredding system,traditionally we use HSS blades,but currently in some tough section tungsten carbide material shredder blade are widely used too,with carbide's high hardenss and strong impact strenth.
As you can see from the pic,Zerma shredders are equipped with a large flat holders,the square shredder blades are fixed in the holders,and once one right angle worn out,it will be replaced by turning around the blades.Usually the carbide shredder knife could service 12-15 times of time than that of HSS blades.
