K20 Wear-Resistant Customized Tungsten Carbide Extruder Tips for 3D Printer Nozzles

The nozzle is the component of a 3D printer,there are many different types of 3D printer nozzles, and it is important to use their different wear resistance and strengths correctly.Brass nozzles are suitable too for general 3D printing. but for abrasive materials tungsten carbide nozzles are ideal.


MK8,V6 and Volcano nozzles are all available here with a variety of sizes, currently we are supplying them from diameter from 0.3mm (thin) to 1.0mm (thick).

Customized one are also more than welcome here. For printing models with fine details or small features, using a 0.3mm diameter nozzle allows you to extrude very thin layers that allow the printer to replicate more accurate geometry to the original CAD or STL file. while using a 0.8mm nozzle allows you to extrude a thick, wide bead of filament that can create large objects in a fraction of the time of a traditional 0.4mm diameter nozzle. 

The main carbide grade for carbide 3D extruder tips are YG6 (ISO K20) and YG8(K30),which is with high hardness HRA89.0-HRA90.0 with excellent wear resistance and strengths.
