Cemented carbide shaft sleeves is a cylindrical mechanical part made of cemented carbide through powder metallurgy technology, which is an integral part of the sliding bearing. It has excellent properties such as high hardness, wear resistance and corrosion resistance. It is the central operating parts of manufacturing filed, especially in some harsh environments.Hard alloy bushings is widely conducted as a kind of equipment for maintaining a class of parts. There are different usages according to different environments.
1.In valve operation, the shaft sleeves are installed on the valve stem bonnet to reduce valve leakage and seal;
2. in bearing operation, the shaft sleeves are choosed to reduce the wear between the bearing and the shaft seat to prevent the open space between the shaft and the hole from becoming larger, etc.
3.The shaft sleeve is a cylindrical mechanical part sleeved on the rotating shaft and is a component of the sliding bearing. Generally speaking, the shaft sleeve and the bearing seat are choosed for interference cooperation, and the shaft is used for open space cooperation.
4.The bearing bush is suitable for the outer ring of the sliding bearing.
